Terms of Service

Applies to: whiteboston.com, getflowbooked.com, and flowbooked.com (together, the “Sites”), operated by WhiteBoston LLC (“WhiteBoston,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
FlowBooked is a brand and product of WhiteBoston LLC.

1. Services

WhiteBoston LLC provides marketing automation, CRM, and workflow management tools for mortgage professionals and related service providers through its FlowBooked platform. We may also provide setup, implementation, or consulting services (“Services”). Specific deliverables and pricing are described on our Sites or in any written agreement between you and us. By subscribing, purchasing setup, or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites or Services.

2. Account, Booking & Intake

Account setup: You must provide accurate contact and business information when creating or maintaining an account.
Bookings: Some services (such as setup calls or audits) require scheduling through our booking system (e.g., GHL Meetings).
Intake information: You may be asked to provide goals, links, or access credentials to complete your setup or audit. You’re responsible for the accuracy of this information.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule using the provided link. We reserve the right to charge or deprioritize repeat no-shows for paid or limited services.

3. Deliverables & Limitations

Deliverables are limited to what is specified in your selected plan or service agreement. We provide tools, automations, templates, and recommendations intended to support your business operations. While our systems are designed to increase efficiency and conversions, we do not guarantee specific financial, lead volume, or performance results.

4. Fees, Subscriptions & Payment

Fees: Pricing for setup and ongoing monthly plans is listed on our Sites or in your order form.
Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle (monthly or annually) until canceled.
Payment processing: Payments are securely handled by Stripe via our GoHighLevel (GHL) platform. We do not store payment card details.
Refunds: Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding begins. Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts, unless required by law.
Cancellations: You may cancel future renewals at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and payment information.

• Supply any necessary access credentials (CRM, domain, etc.) for us to deliver setup or support.

• Use the Services only for lawful business purposes.

• Not share login credentials or misuse the system in ways that violate data privacy laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, workflows, templates, software, and documentation provided by FlowBooked or WhiteBoston LLC remain our intellectual property. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use them internally while your subscription is active.

You retain ownership of any content or data you upload to the platform. By providing such content, you grant us permission to process it solely to deliver Services to you.

7. Confidentiality

We treat any non-public information you provide (e.g., client data, system credentials) as confidential. We will not disclose or use such information except to deliver the Services or as required by law. You agree to maintain confidentiality of our proprietary materials, frameworks, and automations.

8. Data & Privacy

Your personal information and CRM data are governed by our Privacy Policy. If you use our CRM, all uploaded data (including client information and leads) remains your property. We do not use or sell CRM data for marketing or analytics. Hosting and data processing are managed via GoHighLevel (GHL) on secure U.S.-based servers.

9. SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: FlowBooked SMS Program (operated by WhiteBoston LLC).

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages related to appointments, system updates, and service notices. You may also opt in to receive occasional promotional updates.

To opt out, reply STOP at any time. To rejoin, re-opt-in through any signup form.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
We comply with all applicable laws and CTIA/A2P standards.

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Sites or Services to:

• Violate laws or infringe others’ rights.

• Send spam, mislead, or misuse the CRM for mass unsolicited communications.

• Harvest or resell personal data.

• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with our platform.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Our Sites and Services are provided “as is.”

We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or profits. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the six months preceding the claim, or $100 if you did not pay anything.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WhiteBoston LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of our Services, data, or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, misuse, or nonpayment. You may cancel your account at any time. Termination does not affect any outstanding fees owed for prior use.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts in Texas.

15. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Sites or Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
