About FlowBooked
What exactly is FlowBooked?
FlowBooked is a complete lead management system for mortgage brokers. You get a website, instant follow-up automation, and a dashboard to manage everything in one place. Think of it like having a personal assistant who never sleeps.
Who is this for?
Independent mortgage brokers and small teams who are getting leads but don't have a real system to manage them. If you're using your personal phone and Gmail to track everything, this is for you.
Who is this NOT for?
Big brokerages with full tech teams. Brokers who already have automation figured out. People looking for us to generate leads (we organize leads, we don't create them).
Pricing & Billing
How much does it cost?
Three plans:
Starter: $197/month + $497 setup
Growth: $297/month + $997 setup
AI: $497/month + $1,997 setup
All plans include your website, automations, and unlimited support.
What's the setup fee for?
The setup fee covers building your website, configuring your CRM, creating your automations, and training you on everything. It's a one-time cost, even if you cancel later.
What if I go over my text/email limits?
You'll get an alert when you hit 80% of your limit. After that: SMS $0.02/message, Email $0.001/email. Most brokers stay within their limits. We'll help you optimize if you're consistently going over.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts. No cancellation fees. Just email us and you're done.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can download all your contacts and data before canceling. You own it. The website and automations stop working, but your data comes with you.
Do prices ever go up?
Your monthly price stays the same as long as you're subscribed. Setup fees are currently 50% off, but monthly rates are locked once you sign up.

How long does setup take?
14 days from the day you complete your onboarding form.
What if you can't get it done in 14 days?
We refund your setup fee. No questions asked.
What do I need to provide?
Just fill out a 10-minute form with your business info, branding preferences, and service areas. We handle the rest.
Do I need tech skills?
Nope. If you can send a text message, you can use FlowBooked. We'll train you in a 30-minute call.
Can I see a demo first?
Absolutely. Book a free 30-minute demo and we'll show you everything.
Features & Functionality
Does this replace my current website?
Your choice. We can build you a new website, or create a separate landing page that links to your existing site.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. We'll help you connect it during setup.
How do the automations work?
When a lead comes in, the system sends a pre-written text and email instantly. Then it sends helpful follow-up messages over 7 days. You can customize all the messages.
Can I turn off automations for specific leads?
Yes. You have full control over who gets automated messages and who doesn't.
What if I want to customize something?
Basic customizations (changing messages, adding new automations) are included. Complex custom work is quoted separately.
Can I reply to leads manually?
Of course. The system handles the instant reply, but you can jump in and take over the conversation anytime.
Integrations & Compatibility
Does this work with my loan software (LOS)?
Probably. We can connect to most systems using Zapier. Common ones like Encompass and Ellie Mae are straightforward. Complex integrations are quoted based on what you need.
What about my current CRM?
FlowBooked replaces your CRM. But we can import your existing contacts during setup.
Can I connect my calendar?
Yes. Google Calendar, Outlook, and Apple Calendar all work.
Does this work on mobile?
Yes. There's a mobile app for iOS and Android. You can manage leads and reply to messages from anywhere.
Compliance & Legal
Is this legal? Will I get in trouble?

What about TCPA compliance?

Who owns my data?
You do. You're the data controller. We're just the processor. You can export everything anytime.
Is my data secure?
Yes. FlowBooded runs on GoHighLevel's infrastructure, which is SOC 2 compliant and uses bank-level encryption.
Support & Guarantees
What kind of support do I get?
Unlimited email support on all plans. AI plan gets priority (we help you first). Average response time is under 4 hours on business days.
What if something breaks?
Email us. We'll fix it. If it's our fault, we work on it until it's resolved at no extra cost.
What if the automations don't work?
If your system isn't working as promised within 30 days, we'll fix it for free and give you your first month back.
What if I need help after hours?
Email us anytime. We typically respond within a few hours, even on evenings and weekends.
The AI Plan
How does the AI assistant work?
The AI answers phone calls, responds to texts, and replies to Google reviews. It's trained on your business info and handles common questions like "What's your rate?" or "Do you do FHA loans?"
Does it sound robotic?
Nope. It's conversational and natural. You can customize its tone and responses.
What if the AI doesn't know the answer?
It tells the person "Let me have someone get back to you on that" and notifies you to follow up.
Can I turn off the AI for certain situations?
Yes. You control when it's active and what it handles.
Lead Generation
Do you generate leads for me?
No. FlowBooked manages the leads you're already getting (from Zillow, your website, referrals, etc.). We organize them, follow up instantly, and keep your pipeline moving.
Can this help me get more leads?
Indirectly, yes. When you reply faster and follow up consistently, more leads convert. The review automation also helps you rank higher on Google.
What if I'm not getting enough leads?
FlowBooked won't solve that. You'll need to invest in lead generation (ads, SEO, referral systems). We just make sure the leads you get don't fall through the cracks.
Switching & Migration
I’m using another CRM (like Lenderd, Jungo, BNTouch, or Surefire). Can I switch? Can I switch?
Yes. We can import your contacts during setup. You might lose custom fields or workflows depending on the system, but your contact data transfers.
Can I try it before committing?
We don't offer free trials, but we do offer a demo and a 30-day functionality guarantee. If it doesn't work, you get your first month free while we fix it.
