Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided under the brand FlowBooked, which is operated by WhiteBoston LLC via https://flowbooked.com (the "Site"). By booking or using our services (including free 30-minute audits and related deliverables), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

We offer diagnostic and consulting services focused on improving trial-signup funnels, booking flows, and related growth systems. Typical offerings include a live 30-minute audit, a one-page quick-fix plan, and optional implementation services. Specific deliverables and scope are described on the booking page or in any written agreement between you and WhiteBoston LLC.

2. Booking, Scheduling & Intake

  • Booking. You book via our scheduling system (for example, Brevo Meetings). Booking confirmation, reminders, and any intake forms will be sent to the email you provide.
  • Intake form. We may request information (primary goal, current tools, trial volume, links) to prepare for the session. Providing accurate information is your responsibility.
  • Rescheduling & cancellations. If you need to reschedule or cancel, use the provided calendar link. We reserve the right to charge for or refuse repeat no-shows for paid services; for free services, no-shows may be deprioritized.

3. Deliverables & No Guarantee

  • Scope. Deliverables (e.g., quick-fix plan) are limited to what is described at booking. Any additional work will require a separate agreement.
  • Performance. We provide recommendations, templates, and implementation guidance. While we aim to improve metrics, we do not guarantee specific revenue, conversion, or other results.
  • Timing. Any timelines or commitments (e.g., 72-hour quick-fix) depend on receiving the necessary access and information from you.

4. Fees & Payment

If a service requires payment, the applicable fees, billing terms, and payment methods will be stated where the service is offered. At present, bookings for the free 30-minute audit do not require payment. We do not process payments via the Site unless expressly indicated.

5. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate contact and business information when booking.
  • Supply any requested access (booking links, dashboards) necessary for the audit.
  • Implement recommended quick fixes or provide access/approval if you engage us to implement them.
  • Comply with applicable laws and not use our services for unlawful activities.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP. All content, templates, guides, tools, and deliverables provided by FlowBooked/WhiteBoston LLC are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for your internal business use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Your content. You retain ownership of any content or materials you provide. By submitting content (e.g., intake answers, dashboards), you grant FlowBooked/WhiteBoston LLC a non-exclusive license to use the content to provide the services.

7. Confidentiality

We will treat non-public information you provide as confidential and will not disclose it except to deliver the services or as required by law. You agree not to disclose any proprietary recommendations or internal materials provided to you without our prior written consent.

8. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. We operate within the United States and use the data you provide to schedule calls, prepare deliverables, and send marketing only if you opt in.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Violate laws or the rights of others.
  • Harvest data for resale or transfer personal data without consent.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our tools or evade technical measures.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We provide our services “as is” and do not guarantee specific results. We make no promises beyond what is written here.

We are not responsible for any indirect or special damages (including lost revenue or profits) that may result from using our services. If you make a claim against us, our total liability will not exceed what you paid us in the last six months, or $100 if you did not pay anything.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WhiteBoston LLC and its officers, agents, and employees from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services at our discretion for violations of these Terms or for any reason with notice where practicable. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations for paid services already rendered.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and WhiteBoston LLC agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
